Here at COPS PI, we pride ourselves on our history of service to our communities and to our nation. Our leadership team has a combined experience of 63 years in private security, 31 years in the united States military, and 44 years in law enforcement. In addition to this, most, if not all, of our officers are either active, reserve, retired, or veterans of law enforcement and/or the united States military.

We also pride ourselves in providing the best services for the best prices in the region. The way we accomplish this is three fold. First, we keep our costs low by ensuring we hire the best officers we can get. This is done for two reasons. The first is that the better the officer is to begin with, less often they need to be replaced, which lowers the very high cost associated with replacement hiring; training, licensing, and equipping, ect. The second reason is the better the quality of an officer, the less likely they are to make mistakes on the job, which lowers the costs of potential harm and/or litigation that goes along with that. Secondly, to make sure that service stays the best it can be, is by ensuring that all of our officers receive far more than the state minimums when it comes to training, and by paying our officers more than the average for their services. The way we keep the best officers is by providing for all of the necessary expenses for our officers to provide security services to our clients, rather than making them pay for those expenses out of their own pockets, as most firms do.

When it comes to ensuring the best quality of services, we do this by two means; the first is by saving/lowering costs that would normally be passed onto the client, and secondly by charging our clients a vastly lower profit margin than most, if not all, other firms in the region. While the average firm in the private security industry charges their client(s) a 31% profit margin, we only charge a standard of 6%. This allows us to cover all of the costs associated with providing services to our clients, pay our officers more than average, AND charge our clients substantially lower prices for our services.
